ADSL High Speed Internet
ABC's most popular high speed option
is Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line service - otherwise known as
ADSL. It is your high-speed, always on connection that allows you to
explore the Internet at speeds up to 6Mbps download or over 200 times
faster than a 28.8 dial-up modem. ADSL allows for uninterrupted and
simultaneous telephone and computer use over a single telephone line and
with the addition of a router allows as many computers as you need to
be connected.
What do I have to do to get ADSL?
ABC
can provide ADSL service in most urban areas within BC and Alberta. We
are able to offer coverage in the same areas that TELUS is able to.
Please contact your local ABC Office to sign up or fill out the form in
the section below entitled: Is ADSL Available to Me. ADSL typically takes 5 business days to be active at your location.
