Once you have registered a domain name (ex: yourcompany.com)
you are able to have a Virtual Post Office (VPO). This allows you and
your employees to reflect your professional business image by using
your domain name.
For example: Fred has a company and a domain name called fredscompany.com. Mary and Mike are employees.
Fred can use uses the email address of fred@fredscompany.com which will deliver mail into his own unique email box.
Mary,
the bookkeeper, can use the email address of
accounts@fredscompany.com which will deliver mail into her unique email
box.
Mike, in the sales department, can use sales@fredscompany.com and it delivers mail into his own unique email
box.
General company mail can be sent to info@fredscompany.com which directs into yet another email box.
This
is also convenient when Mike leaves your company, we just change
sales@fredscompany.com to his replacement's email box seamlessly - no lost contacts!
Our
fee for a VPO is $1/month for each email alias after the first one (note: some VPOs are included in your ADSL/Web packages).
Each alias requires an email box (the above example would have 4
aliases) but that email box does not have to be on our system.
Please contact us if you are interested in getting a VPO.
