The Learning Specialist will offer customized, innovative training solutions to new and existing clients who wish to learn how to get the most out of their TELUS Smartphone. This high value service will further differentiate TELUS within the retail and wireless industries.
The primary role for the Learning Specialist will be to host one-on-one and group training sessions at select locations. The sessions will be customized to the individual client's needs and will deliver an engaging and exceptional client experience. The secondary role for the Learning Specialist will be to act as a Learning Centre program ambassador, working in conjunction with the Store Managers and Regional Learning Centre Program Managers. The Learning Specialist will educate the staff at their designated locations to ensure their involvement and successful execution of the program.
