Administrative Assistant - Quesnel

ABC Communications seeks a self motivated individual to join our Quesnel team as an Administrative Assistant. As the administrative assistant you will be involved in customer service, purchasing, billing, accounts receivable and other general administrative duties.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday, approved OT hours

Main Location of Work:

248 Reid Street, Quesnel BC V2J 2M2

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Purchasing
  2. Office Administration
    • Filing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Billing
  3. Customer Service Representative (CSR)
    • Wireless¬† Technician scheduling and dispatch
    • Customer sales and services
  4. Assist with Real Estate Property Management
    • Collect rents and deposit cheques
    • Advertise and show suites for rent
