Customer Sales Representative - Prince George

Our company has an immediate need for a sales and customer service orientated individual to promote our internet and telecom product suite and to fulfill orders and billing inquiries in our Prince George office..

Hours of Work:

Up to 40 hours/week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

Main Location of Work:

502-4th Ave Prince George BC V2L 3G9

Position Description:

You will be a key point of contact for internet and telecom customers in the Northern region of our network. You will be responsible for ensuring correct billing and dispatch procedures are followed and that customer  satisfaction levels remain high. You will handle telephone and walk-in traffic and work closely with a team of technicians and office support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Grade twelve with additional college level course work
  2. 1+ year relevant sales or customer support experience
  3. Ability to work independently and establish priorities to meet tight deadlines
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
